Sections 5 and onward are cookies made with other techniques, and I will be adding more of these soon.

3D Gingerbread Cookies

The sweater on this 3D-Gingerbread-Cookie Figurine is piped with the royal icing knitting technique.

3D Firework Sphere Cookies: Two royal icing decorated half-sphere gingerbread cookies glued together filled with candies.

3D-Cookie decorating with royal icing and isomalt: The little gingerbread house's roof was done by placing a circular cookie on manually shaped aluminum foil. The body is made of two half-spheres.

A little gingerbread house with miniature royal icing garden: The wrought-iron balcony is piped over isomalt to give it enough strength. The windows and the little tree, too, are made of isomalt.

Crooked Little House: Covered with a knitted blanket of snow, this is a special little gingerbread house, only about 18 cm tall. All decorations are made with royal icing, even the tiny shoes and hat.

A 3D gingerbread cookie for a birthday gift: It is decorated with royal icing and featuring a two-tone basket weave inspired by a brick building and a more vertical version of the frilling technique.

The 3D Easter basket gingerbread cookie filled with laced eggs: The liner and eggs are decorated with the royal icing wet-on-wet technique. The eggs don a floral eyelet lace and a transfer butterfly.

Intricately Piped Cookies

Most of my cookies could be categorized as intricately piped, I guess, but am just showing you here the ones that don't fall in any of the other techniques section. This area will grow, and they'll be more grouped in the future.
